شروط الخدمة

Last updated: 29 September 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AI Blog Autopilot at aiblogautopilot.com, its apps, plugins and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our سياسة الخصوصية.

1. Provider

The Service is provided by Internet Solutions, UAB, company code 302617697, VAT code LT100006088413, registered address Tvenkinių g. 8A, Šakių k., Kauno r. sav., LT-47415, Lithuania; correspondence address Vilniaus g. 72-310, LT-76298 Šiauliai, Lithuania; e-mail [email protected] (“we”, “us”).

2. What the Service does

AI Blog Autopilot uses artificial intelligence to plan and write long-form SEO articles (typically 2,000–3,000 words) with FAQ sections, meta titles, meta descriptions, tags and cover images for your website, in the language you choose. It can publish the articles to your WordPress site (through our plugin or a WordPress application password), to a hosted blog or to a webhook, and share each article to the social networks you select. A social-only mode creates social posts for businesses without a website.

Social publishing is carried out through PostRSS, our own social publishing service. When you connect social networks, your PostRSS account is linked in the background; you do not need to set anything up there. The terms of each social network you connect also apply to what you publish there.

We continuously improve the Service and may change, add or remove features. We will not remove a core feature of a paid plan during a period you have already paid for without offering a fair solution, such as a pro-rata refund of that period.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm that you may act for it.
• Give correct information and keep your password secure. You can sign in with your e-mail and password or with Google, Facebook, Apple or Yahoo. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• One free trial per person or business. Creating several accounts to get additional free articles or to get around plan limits is not allowed.

4. Automatic publishing and your choices

By default the Service works in automatic mode: it plans, writes, publishes and shares content on the schedule you set, without asking for approval of each article. You can switch automatic mode off for any project; then every article waits for your approval before it is published. Articles that do not pass our automatic quality check are always kept for your review.

By leaving automatic mode on, you authorise us to publish content to the website and social accounts you have connected on your behalf. You can pause a project, change its settings or disconnect a website or social account at any time.

Features that may be legally sensitive in some countries are switched off by default and are enabled only by you. You decide whether and how to use them and are responsible for doing so lawfully.

5. AI-generated content and your responsibility

• AI can be wrong. Generated content may contain factual errors, outdated information, or text similar to existing works. It is not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.
• You are the publisher. You are responsible for reviewing content before or after it is published, for correcting or removing it, and for making sure it complies with the law, the rights of others and the rules of the platforms where it appears — including advertising, consumer protection and any rules on disclosing AI-generated content that apply to you.
• Your input. You are responsible for the information you give us (business description, topics, keywords, links, images) and confirm that you have the right to use it.
• No guaranteed results. We do not guarantee search engine rankings, traffic, indexing, citations by AI assistants, leads or sales. Search engines and social networks change their rules independently of us.

6. Content ownership

Between you and us, the content generated for your projects belongs to you, to the extent the law of your country allows rights in such content. You may use, change and publish it freely, including commercially. Because AI can produce similar text for different users, we cannot guarantee that generated content is unique or eligible for copyright protection.

You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, adapt and transmit your content only as needed to provide the Service — for example to format it for WordPress or for each social network. We show your published articles on our own website only if you switch on the “Just published” showcase option for a project.

The Service itself — software, plugin, design, templates and brand — belongs to Internet Solutions, UAB and its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use it during your subscription.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• publish illegal, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, violent or misleading content, or content that infringes someone else’s rights;
• send spam, run link schemes, create doorway or scraper sites, or manipulate search engines or social networks in breach of their rules;
• impersonate other people or businesses, or publish to websites or accounts you are not authorised to use;
• resell or share access to the Service, get around plan limits or technical restrictions, or interfere with the Service’s security or other users.

If you break these rules we may stop publishing, suspend or close the account. Where possible we will first contact you and give you a chance to fix the problem. If an account is closed for serious abuse (such as spam or illegal content), fees already paid are not refunded.

8. Plans and article credits

• Free trial: 3 articles in total, one time, no payment card required.
• Paid plans: each plan includes a set number of article credits per month (or social post credits in the Social plan), a number of websites, social networks and languages, as shown on the الأسعار page at the time of your order. One article credit is one full article of up to about 3,000 words.
• A credit is used when an article or social post is generated, whether or not you publish it.
• Credits are monthly and do not roll over. Your credits are available for the current calendar month only. Unused credits expire at the end of the month and are not carried over to the next month, cannot be transferred to another account or project owner, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not refunded. This also applies to yearly plans: the monthly allowance renews every month and does not accumulate.
• If you upgrade, the new plan’s allowance applies from the upgrade. If you downgrade or cancel, the current plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

9. Prices, payments and renewals

• Prices are in euros and do not include VAT; applicable VAT is added at checkout and shown on the invoice.
• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Subscriptions paid by card, e-wallet or other recurring payment methods renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• You can cancel automatic renewal at any time in your account’s billing page or in your payment provider’s account. After cancellation, your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed.
• Bank transfer and other one-time payments activate the plan when the payment reaches us (usually within 1–3 working days) and do not renew automatically.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full card details.
• If a payment fails or is reversed, we may move the account to the free plan until the balance is paid. Unpaid amounts remain due.
• We may change prices for future periods. We will inform you by e-mail at least 30 days before a price change applies to your subscription; you can cancel before it takes effect.

10. Refunds and right of withdrawal

Unused credits are not refunded (see section 8). Other refund requests are handled case by case — write to [email protected] from your registered e-mail address.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a right to withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days. When you place the order, you ask us to start providing the Service immediately. If you withdraw within 14 days, we refund the payment minus the value of the Service already provided, including the credits already used. Once all credits of the period have been used, the Service is considered fully provided and the right of withdrawal no longer applies. This paragraph does not limit any other mandatory rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

11. Availability and third-party platforms

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Publishing depends on your website, hosting, WordPress installation and plugins, and on social networks and their APIs, which may change, limit or stop access at any time. We are not responsible for failures, removals or restrictions caused by these third parties, but we will work to restore publishing where we reasonably can. You are responsible for keeping backups of your website.

12. Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data, lost rankings or damage to reputation;
• we are not liable for content you publish, including AI-generated content you did not review;
• our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

If you use the Service for business, you agree to compensate us for reasonable costs and losses arising from third-party claims caused by content you published or by your breach of these Terms.

13. Ending the contract and deleting the account

You can stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. To delete your account, write to [email protected] from your registered e-mail address. The account is not suspended because of the request; it is deleted as described in the سياسة الخصوصية.

If the account has an unpaid balance, the deletion request is registered, and the account is closed and deleted after the balance is settled.

Content already published on your website and social networks stays there after deletion; you can remove it yourself. Save copies of any articles you want to keep before the account is deleted.

We may end the contract with 30 days’ notice by e-mail, or immediately for serious breaches of these Terms. If we end it without your fault, we refund the unused part of the prepaid period.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page and inform registered users by e-mail at least 30 days before important changes take effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the changes apply; continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept them.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are resolved by the courts of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring claims in the courts where you live.

Please contact us first — most issues are solved quickly by e-mail. Consumers may also apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba, vvtat.lt) for out-of-court dispute resolution.

16. Other terms

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your account or these Terms without our consent. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If a translation differs from this English version, the English version prevails, unless consumer law requires otherwise.
